There is still time to claim the Main Street Small Business Tax Credit II. This is a credit that can offset both income and payroll tax (after making the proper election) and is $1,000 for each net increase in qualified employees, measured by comparing the average monthly full-time employee equivalents in 2020 with 2021. The amount of unclaimed credit is currently $99,706,934 and the deadline to submit a tentative credit reservation (TCR) is 11/30 (Tu) @ 11:59 PM (PST).
